Technical Sub Committee

Terms of reference

The objects of the Technical Sub-Committee shall be to;

provide guidance on the implementation of the Code;
provide guidance and assistance on the adoption of corporate governance documents relative to the Code;
issue guidance notes and circulars as and when needed;
tackle queries on the Code from stakeholders; and
review and formulate proposals to finetune the Code.
